Ms. Keeton is committed to not just making a living- but making a life.

She gives back to her community in numerous way including collecting school supplies and books for underprivileged students, speaking to children and young adults about her career and serving on boards of directors for non-profit organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mecklenburg Bar Foundation and is the current President-Elect for the Foundation and will serve as its President in 2019-20.   She is also a member of the Ayscue Professionalism Award Committee and previously served on the Bar Leadership Institute Committee, the Social & Networking Committee and the Centennial Events Task Force for the Mecklenburg County Bar. She has also served on the Boards of Directors for Justice Initiatives, Inc. and Selwyn Presbyterian Child Development Center.  Ms. Keeton is also a Sunday school teacher and Vacation Bible School teacher at Northside City Church.  She has also judged moot court competitions for high school students and served as a guardian ad litem for children.  Finally, she is a member of the Live Loud Collective, a group of female entrepreneurs who regularly volunteer in their community.
